Reminder: Financial Conflict of Interest (FCOI) Disclosure Due June 7, 2026   

All Individual, Clinical, and Institutional (Research) staff who are required to complete the Financial Conflict of Interest (FCOI) Survey must do so by midnight on Sunday, June 7, 2026. This is a mandatory requirement.

Reminders were emailed from FCOI@uchc.edu during the week of March 2, 2026, with the subject line "Action Required: Annual Financial Disclosure Due." Please check your inbox to access this email.

How to Complete Your Disclosure  

You can access or update your disclosure through the UConn Health InfoEd eRA Portal:

  • Log in with your UConn NetID and password.
  • Locate the Financial Disclosure Widget on your homepage or navigate via the left‑hand menu: External Interests / FCOI & FCO → Create/Update Disclosure.
  • Select the appropriate action:
    • Create Individual Financial Disclosure: First‑time submissions
    • Edit Unsubmitted Disclosure: If you started but have not finished
    • Recertify or Update Disclosure: To add new interests or complete your annual update
  • Use Next/Back to navigate the form. 
  • Complete all questions marked with a red asterisk (*). Missing information will be flagged.
  • When finished, click Certify and Submit on the final page.
