30 Days of Healthy Habits Challenge
Join us for the 30-Day Healthy Habits Challenge, April 6 - May 5, and take simple, meaningful steps toward improving your overall well-being. This employee wellness initiative is designed to help you build small, positive habits that can make a big difference over time.
Each week focuses on a different dimension of wellness—physical, emotional, social, intellectual, spiritual, and occupational. Everyday features a quick, achievable activity designed to fit easily into your routine via the Challenge Runner app, making it simple to participate no matter how busy your schedule may be.
Whether your goal is to boost your energy, reduce stress, strengthen connections, or try something new, this challenge is a great way to prioritize your well-being alongside colleagues across UConn Health.

This challenge was offered in partnership with UConn Health's Calhoun Cardiology Clinic and the Office of Professional Well-Being and Engagement to promote heart health and overall well-being across our community.
